WarningSum:...Coastal Flood Advisory Remains In Effect Until Midnight Edt
Tonight...
Warning Message:A coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until midnight EDT
tonight.
At Sewells Point...the next high tide will occur at 1030 PM EDT
this evening. The water level referenced to mean lower low water is
expected to peak from 4.2 to 4.5 feet...which is an anomaly of
around 1.5 to 2.0 feet above normal. Minor flooding at Sewells
Point begins at 4.5 feet MLLW.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A coastal Flood Advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides
will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.
